Because EvoPro work is primarily digital and/or custom, refunds depend on the situation:

• If work has not started, you may request cancellation.
• If you submitted incorrect files or incomplete information, we may request corrections before proceeding.
• Delivered custom work is generally non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to address issues related to the agreed scope.
